Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets

There are well-known UK high street brand stores located throughout the terminal on both floors and before and after security. You will find a Boots, World News, several WH Smith stores, The Body Shop and many other outlets. There are also several duty-free shops situated in the Departures area of London Stansted Airport (STN), where tobacco and alcohol, perfumes, electronic gadgets and gifts are available tax-free to non-EU travellers.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants

London Stansted Airport (STN) has a wide variety of eateries, with numerous cafés, restaurants and bars. In the Departures area you will find buffet-style restaurants, where sandwiches and hot and cold snacks are available. There are also two bars in Departures as well as an O'Neill's pub in the main concourse.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities

Moneychangers and cash machines can be found in International Arrivals, the main concourse, the Departures Lounge and the International Baggage Reclaim Hall, while postal facilities are also onsite. An executive lounge in Departures is open at a charge for all passengers, with the exception of children, while the nearby Enterprise House has a number of conference rooms and business facilities. The nearby Hilton and Radisson hotels also have exceptional business facilities. Internet access can be had at various points around the terminal.

Disabled Facilities

London Stansted Airport (STN) has excellent disabled facilities for the physically impaired, with induction loop systems; adapted telephones for the hard of hearing and the wheelchair bound; a minicom system; ramps and easy to control lifts; specially adapted toilets; and porter assistance.
